Take an existing menu of a restaurant and completely redesign it to fit the style of the restaurant.
I used the menu of a locally owned drive-thru, well known in the area for their cheeseburgers. I chose to focus on the cheeseburger and make it into a menu; using each layer of the burger as a menu page.
I digitally illustrated each element, then printed them, single-sided on cardstock. I glued the front and back of each page together to ensure the pages were heavy enough for prolonged use. Then I punched holes, and installed grommets in each page and finally tied them all together with a rustic twine.
